My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get down to 115 lbs. I am very small framed (actually the chart says 98 pounds)and I hope to achieve most of that goal by Christmas of 2010. That's a lot of pounds to lose! Yikes!

My Program:
I and my honeybear are supporting each other and working to become healthy people once again.

Personal Information:
Hi there! I live in Washington State and have all my life. I have 2 cats, Muffy, who loves me very much and Missy who just loves herself very much.
My husband and I have been married since April 20, 1968 and he remains the love of my life. He spoils me and and I lavish in his affection.

Other Information:
"For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation.."
Romans 1:16

Christians are like nails. The harder the world hits them, and trials hammer them, the deeper they go in Christ!

thank you Carol for the jump-rope..I'm almost healed up enough to start using it as an exercise tool again..that's when I know I'm totally healed when I can jump for 5 min. w/o pain...Hows everything going..I've been trying to work on my sleeping habits..and my eating habits...it's slow but it will come together with some hard....work...never thought something so simple could be so hard...seems like when you can conquer one bad habit others become easier to overcome too..but they are habits..for a reason..they can come back to haunt you if I don't stay on top of them...good luck to you..looks like your ticker is pretty happy..so I bet you are too..rico emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
