My Goals:
I want to be able to have clothes to choose from - not be desperate to find something to wear when I am invited somewhere. I want to eat in restaurants without worrying about how tight the booth will be or who is looking at me.
My Program:
I just want to stick to something for more than 3 days. I can't imagine long term goals yet. I just want to stop eating fast food, add healthy foods to my diet and move. I want to be less tired and worn out.
Personal Information:
Office drone by day, Kindle and Netflix addict by night. Hmmm, probably a huge part of the problem - I am a giant couch potato. Favorite activities and job include sitting on my ass!!!!!
