Hi, I am Radhika. I live in Mountain View. I recently graduated with Master's degree. I think I had too much of free food and much less exercise during last two years of school that I have gained some substantial weight. I can't wait to see myself back into the shape. I was never over-weight and in fact i was underweight when I was in high school. My mom was shocked to see me gain weight. Now I am making some serious efforts to lose those extra pounds. I sometimes slip the schedule but I am trying to be consistent with my plan. My goal for this year is - - to exercise for at least 20 mins per day till 31st Dec 2010 - to lose at least 5 pounds by 31st Dec 2010. I like to thank SparkPeople for the motivation, inspiration, workout plans and video and all the great tools and articles. I love you Spark :)
