Ok, So you haven't been walking much. This week I challenge you to walk for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening every day! Check back with me to let me know you did so. I am counting on you to do this and to be honest with yourself and me!
In addition - take note as to how many servings of fruits and vegetables you eat a day. If it's 2 make it 3 every day this week. If it's 3 make it 4 - what ever it is do one more all week.
Then let me know how you are feeling and doing. These are two small challenges that can be a part of the new you.

I'm just getting ready to take a walk with Leslie Sansones dvd but I wanted to stop by and say hi to you first! Hope you had a good 4th. of July. Mine was quiet as my Husband had to work. So I stayed home with the dogs and did the best I could to keep them calm from all the fireworks that night. They were so scared!!! I'm glad its over now. To much noise in the middle of the night too!

Thanks for stopping by my page and asking me how I have been doing? It's been a roller coaster trying to lose wt. I have been going up and down on the scale. So I have decided not to weigh myeself everyday and just keep working on the food part and getting as many workouts in a day that I can. I am losing right now, so I'm pretty happy about that!
