I'm doing pretty good, trying to exercise and count my cals as good as I can!
How are you doing?
Are you getting your walking in? I'm just getting ready to take a walk with Leslie Sansones dvd but I wanted to stop by and say hi to you first!
Hope you had a good 4th. of July. Mine was quiet as my Husband had to work. So I stayed home with the dogs and did the best I could to keep them calm from all the fireworks that night. They were so scared!!! I'm glad its over now. To much noise in the middle of the night too!

Hi there!

Thanks for stopping by my page and asking me how I have been doing?
It's been a roller coaster trying to lose wt. I have been going up and down on the scale. So I have decided not to weigh myeself everyday and just keep working on the food part and getting as many workouts in a day that I can.
I am losing right now, so I'm pretty happy about that!
How is it going for you?

I would love for us to help each other emoticon Just add me as a friend. I walk about about 5 miles sometimes more a day (I wear a perdomentor) but right now I am doing the 30 Day Shred and Walk Away the Pond video in the morning. I also go the gym 2X week. emoticon

Don't you stop walking! I lost most of my weight walking - watching and writing what I was eating and walking, walking, walking. I do @ least 3 miles every morning with Leslie Sansone - before school. I also wear a pedometer and try to get 10,000 or more steps a day! If I can do it SO CAN YOU!!!!!! emoticon

I'm proud of you for sticking to it for one year! Now lets make it two!
