    Hi! Thanks for stopping by my page! I understand about the night time eating! I am honestly sitting here right now trying to stay away from the kitchen! its the hardest thing for me! I would say you need to do something at night to keep you busy! I save calories for one snack at night...I usually keep busy by doing my workout at night, cross stitching, scrapbooking stuff like that so I am not thinking about it..its is HARD though! But make sure you save calories for at least one night time snack and make it a good one! I usually do popcorn because you get alot for less calories! Good luck and keep going girl!!
