Start using the C25K training program.
Jog/Run a 5K
Participate in local events.
Include my family at least 1day/week in my exercise.
I plan on sticking with SP for calorie, H2O and some fitness tracking. My fitness plan is to exercise 5 times a week incorporating C25K and strength training group fitness classes.

Hey Holly! Great to see your post on my blog tonight - I was just thinking about you the other day. I fell completely out of bounds for much of the past year but I am 10 days back in the right direction, not much admittedly - but it is the best I have felt all year! Hope all is well with you!
