Hey sports fans! I am a 22 year old, non-profit worker, and part-time graduate student. I love being able to do anything I put my mind too, and hope becoming a healthier, active and more fit person will be just as achievable.

My Program:
I am starting out easy, by cutting out soda, increasing water intake to three (24 oz) cups a day. I have also limited fast food, and eating after 7pm.

For exercise I have begun with 15 minutes, one to three times a day. I have a jar and pull out a slip of paper with an exercise activity on it (or several) to fulfill my 15 minutes. I also stretch every morning (this is great for a wake up call).
