Holly's on the run!
Having gone up and down with the same 10 pounds for the last few years... I am determined to get to my goal weight. Whenever I reflect on the times that I was physically actve...I have great memories of having boundless energy and an optimistic attitude. I want that back, and I want it to stay.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 10 lbs by March 20.
My Program:
I am going to commit to staying physically active. I will make healthy food choices and stay under my weekly calorie limit. Cardio 5x wk. Strength train 3x wk.
Personal Information:
I stay at home - yes I am a domestic diva. Don't let that fool you - it has often been reported that a blond female wearing a red "S" on her chest has been found perusing the neighborhood. It's a bird... it's plane... it's.... Super MOM!! Not really, but it is one of my goals (to become a better mother). That is one of my main motivations for sticking to my goals.
