My Goals:
1. To eat healthy in order to maintain a good milk supply and establish a healthy lifestyle for our family

2. To consistently MOVE

3. To slowly get back to pre-preggo weight. When that goal is met: Tone up!

My Program:
Self Managed:
~ I'm tracking food every day to stay within a calorie range to support a healthy weight not affect milk supply. I'm not on a "diet"; this is a lifestyle. Any lifestyle of mine must include food!
~Exercising at least 150 minutes a week even if it is 10 minutes at a time

Personal Information:
Atlanta area, Mommy to a three year old and newborn. Happily married for 12years

Other Information:
Something about myself? I love soccer, volleyball, hiking, traveling, adventuring, pilates, reading, cooking, hanging with my hubby, and a lovely glass of red wine!

Thanks for making me laugh!! yes I was super emotional.... and maybe its all the crazy stuff I do all day.. My business is full of non stop action and turmoil.. I need a spa retreat... but hubby says I just need to workout more.... So nice to have met you... emoticon
