I am 43 years old, wife, mother of 4. A few years ago I lost 30 pounds and started jogging, too, for the first time in my life. I worked out several hours a day and was in great shape...until I injured myself, stopped exercising, kept on eating...it's been a while now and I can't stand it!

I have finally started working out again regularly and hopefully I can regain control!

Personal Information:
I live in Virginia with lots of family close by. We spend a lot of time together. Between me and my kids we have a constant slew of pets...currently including 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs, 2 cats, a hamster, a Quaker parrot, betta fish...a house without kids and pets might be clean but not much fun! My diet downfall is baking...I love it.

Thanks for the sparkmail. I sent you a reply but thought I'd check out your page too. I notice we both have the same goal weight. I'm a bit closer to mine but I've got complacent about it and put on this week - oops! Back to basics for me. Enjoy the virtual walk team. Who knows I may come and "visit" you one day.

Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. I survived the weekend..didn't gain, but didn't loose.I really need to stop weighing everyday but cant seem to wait until the end of the week. Thanks for your friendship

I hear you about the "special occasion" deal. I like to get into that mode too, even if it happens everyday. I'd love to hear what you decided to do at the restaurant! What I've started to do about restaurants is looking them up online before I go to see their menu and nutritional information. Then I know what I want before I get there and I don't have to be tempted by the menu pictures!
