Hi Holly! I posted the secret on "Fast" food frenzy... Yes - the food freezes very well!!! Broccoli/cauliflour only does well if you freeze it AFTER you cook it. Lunches - I use 3-compartment ziploc "to-go" containers I bought at the grocery store. I fill the big compartment with fresh cut, washed and spun organic romaine, and other veggies. I keep salad "spritzer" dressing at work, or tuck in with the salad a small "solo" condiment cup with lid for my special dressings (like FF raspberry-pecan by ken's). In one of the smaller compartments I put a serving of fruit (I love berries). In the smallest compartment, in the morning before I leave, I put my protein. Either some of my frozen chicken (which thaws by lunch) or an egg. The salad and fruit stay just fine, and it's so quick! I use an apple-corer and slice an apple and grab string cheese (or a hardboiled egg) for breakfast in the morning on the road. I LOVE "fast" food!!! 2374 days ago
