Goal 1: Lose at least 15 lbs in the first month of my lifestyle change. Goal 2: Get pregnant and stay healthy during pregnancy. Goal 3: LONGTERM lose 100 lbs and keep it off.
Currently I am basically working on my own to change my life. I am decreaing my caloric intake drinking more water and exersizing my hiney off. My Husband and I bought a XBOX kinect for christmas and it is truely fun cardio. We do not have a gym within an hour of the town we live in so exersize is what ever you can do to be active.
I’ve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, it’s a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. I’ve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me.
