Motivation is needed.
I seem to have problems staying with something. Being in the cold makes excuses for me. "Next Monday" is what I always tell myself and it never gets done. I did relatively well last spring, I switched between run/walks and videos every other day. I would like to do it again, but (see above). Something needs to get me moving.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to feel happy about myself, starting with losing at least 25lbs. seems like a good start. I plan on running a marathon in the fall, hope I can.
My Program:
Keep track of what I eat and workout every other day.
