My Goals:
You are what you eat - Eat healthy 80% of the time - 0 trans fat; good balanced meals; eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink 8 cups water a day.

For the Spring/Summer: 10,000 steps and an active score of 1,000 each day on my Fitbit.

Sept 2012: completed my first 2 sprint triathlons and ran my best half marathon in 2hr and 7 seconds! Started running in Fall 2008 - Since, I have completed one full marathon and 5 half-marathons. Routinely race in 10Ks. Starting cycling Summer 2012. Difficult start- use MUCH different muscles than running!! Starting swimming Summer 2012. Breathing/endurance is a BIG challenge for me. Play tennis - 2 -3 times a week.
