Wow, I wish that 2011 was my year, because then I would be updating that all is good! But nope, 2013 is now going to be my year! I'm still sitting with those original 20 lbs lost, so now I'm looking to add more! One good thing is that I haven't gone back up! There is some good news in that sense ... LOL

Time for a new introduction!

I started SP back in March 2006. It is now March 2011 and I'm only sitting with 20 lbs gone from my original weight. I've had some bumpy patches along the way but all in all, I've learned from those patches!

2011 is going to be my year! I've decided that it is time for me to really give myself a chance. It is time for me to live a life that I've always wanted to live, but only watched from the sidelines. So 2011 is all about me!

It's going to happen! Always try your best and you can only get better! I've got to stay positive and always work towards my goals, that way I can never fail. As long as I'm working towards something, I've got something to strive for!

Never give up, never give in. You can conquer, you can win!

My Goals:
I've always wanted to just live a healthy lifestyle and make the necessary changes to achieve that, but I think I was lying to myself to some degree! Here are some goals:
1. Reach a healthy weight for my frame.
2. Feel comfortable in public wearing a dress.
3. Not feel as though everyone is scrutinizing my food choices at the grocery store.
4. I WANT TO WEAR (AT LEAST ONCE) SEXY CLOTHES THAT MAKE HEADS TURN!!!

My Program:
What ever strikes my fancy at the time! I bounce around to a bunch of different exercise styles!

Zumba style video's
30 Day Shred
WATP
Taebo
Turbo Jam
and the list goes on ... LOL ... so you can see that I like to bounce around :)

Personal Information:
I'm 35 now and so tired of being overweight, er sorry, obese! Learning to face the truth and learning to turn it around so that I can be healthy and happy!

Other Information:
My small goals! Going to look at this in small steps!

Working on a 12 step program ... LOL ... it is called the 12 Days of Christmas! Check out my blog if you want to see the details!

Oh sorry. Don't you HATE it when you blog about something and everyone gets the wrong idea and gives you unwanted and un-useful advice! When that happens I usu just get annoyed for a minute then hit the delete and *poof*

I think the MOST annoying time was when I put up a (I thought) funny blog, with completely totally unrealistic stuff and everyone just left comments as if it were a real situation. The dummies =)
But I guess these things "read" different than the "say".

Anyway, I hope the rest of your day ROCKS!
