Moving Forward

Ok, so an introduction is needed, but I'm not going to dwell on the past 9 years that I've been a part of this community!

I'm Holly, I'm 5'3" tall and I weigh 225.2 lbs at my last weigh in.

My goal is to get down to 135.

My weight does not hinder me from living my life, but I'm tired of it there to make some of the things I do harder. I can still do everything I want to, case in point, I've participated in Mud Hero two years in a row, planning to ...

I can still do everything I want to, case in point, I've participated in Mud Hero two years in a row, planning to participate for a third time this year. I'd just like it to be a bit easier to climb the ski hill or to climb up and over some of the obstacles!

My Goals:
My first specific and measurable goal is to reach 210 lbs by June 31st 2015.

My second specific and measurable goal is to stop bad talking myself and cutting down my achievements.

My third specific and measurable goal is to reach 180 by October 31st 2015.

My fourth specific and measurable goal is to reach 150 by February 28th 2016.

My fifth specific and measurable goal is to reach 135 by May 31st 2016.

My Program:
My program is mixed up. Some days I like to do WATP video's, some days I like to do Taebo, but I'm going to give a couple new things a try that I came across, one called Strong and another Walk program that SP featured.

Oh sorry. Don't you HATE it when you blog about something and everyone gets the wrong idea and gives you unwanted and un-useful advice! When that happens I usu just get annoyed for a minute then hit the delete and *poof*

I think the MOST annoying time was when I put up a (I thought) funny blog, with completely totally unrealistic stuff and everyone just left comments as if it were a real situation. The dummies =)
But I guess these things "read" different than the "say".

Anyway, I hope the rest of your day ROCKS!
