My Goals:
I want to lose weight to look better and to improve my health (not necessarily in that order).
My Program:
Diet-- plan meals on a daily basis to 1) stay within my calorie range; 2) balance protein, carbs and fats Fitness-- Curves 3 days per week; strength (6 exercises + stretching) 3 days per week; home cardio workout on days between Curves workouts Staying Motivated-- see how many SparkPoints I can earn every day by tracking nutrition & exercise and staying connected to SP. Although my hubby loves me the way I am, he is very supportive of my efforts to get in shape.
Personal Information:
I am 44 years old and from Mansfield, Ohio. Brian & I have been married since December of 1998 and have no children. We have three cats, who are like children but maybe only slightly less expensive-- they don't need clothes and we don't have to save for their education.
Other Information:
I am a Registered Nurse and teach practical nursing at the local community college. I am very active in my church-- sing in the choir, play handbells, serve as the Stewardship chair and participate in the women's group. I like to read, go to movies. Brian & I also camp in the summertime. People are always a bit amazed that we camp in a tent!
