You have a wonderful story to share!! I live in Oshawa and lost over 50 lbs myself after having my daughter. She is 6 years old now and I have been able to maintain my weight within 3-5lbs. I saw that you are in the durham region and thought I would say hello :)

Good for you for losing 100 lbs - wow! There are some articles under the Healthy Lifestyles section on how to break through a plateau - maybe those will help!

Holli, First of all, emoticon on your weight loss thus far! I'm sure it is frustrating to be stuck where you are now, but perhaps your body is simply readjusting to the "new" you before moving to a lower weight. There's an excellent series of articles here http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitnes
s_articles.asp?id=516 on getting past plateaus. Maybe you will find something there that will be of help. Meanwhile, hang in there! emoticon
