It's Workout Wednesday . . . so this mini-challenge comes this way to help you make it through the week. You are halfway there . . . so let's get through the week together.

Select from one of the following fitness activities based on where you are when you read this message . . . then keep doing it at least once an hour until you pass this challenge on to two . . . TWO other Salt Lake Sparker Members.

1- If you are sitting at your desk ---pick up two heavy books (one in each hand) and raise them to the full extension of your arms overhead . . . don't drop them on your head! Lower to your shoulders and repeat 9 more times.

2-If you are home . . . take a break from the computer and go for a 10 minute walk.

3-Complete a SparkPeople Fitness Video.

Remember you need to select one of the above and after completing it pass copy and paste this mini challenge on to two more members of the SparkSalt Lake City Team members. If you don't then you need to keep doing this until you do!

Don't know some of the members of the team . . . you can view our team members at the bottom of the team page. So check it out, you might just make a new SparkBuddy!

As part of the September SLC Sparkers Back 2 School - Back 2 the Basics, I am encouraging everyone to drink their 8 glasses of water each day. So I have tagged you to start the water fight.

Drink 8 ounces of water right now . . . then pass on the water fight to another Salt Lake City Sparker. Let's get everyone soaked in the fresh restoring feel of being fully hydrated.
