I'm trying something new that I hope will help keep me motivated to reach all the goals that I will make this year and beyond. I want to be able to run the Peachtree Road Race in under 1 hour next year (2013). Also, I have close to 90 lbs to lose before April 2013.

My Goals:
I want to be 40 lbs lighter by April 2013.
GOALS:
5 lbs lost by 9/13/12-?
5 lbs lost by 10/13/12-?
5 lbs lost by 11/13/12-?
5 lbs lost by 12/13/12-?
and so on and so forth...

HOW:
Being consistently active at least 4x a week.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday


My Program:
I've eliminated sugar from my diet. I'm active at least 4 days a week.
Monday-Running 3 miles on Mondays
Wednesday-Zumba/strength training
Friday-Running & strength training
Saturday-Zumba/strength training

I plan to switch it up and take some spin classes every now and again.



Personal Information:
I'm from Ohio and I have one son who is 19 years old in college. My fitness journey began in 2008-2009 by running.
I managed to shed 60+ lbs back in 2009-2010 and gained most of it back in 2011-2012. I'm determined to do it again, but the difference now is that I will enjoy and appreciate my weightlost. I will make sure that when anyone asks me how I did it; I take the time to explain to them how and to serve as motivation to them that they can do it too. I will offer help to those who want it.
