My Health and Fitnes Journey
I'm on a new journey to a new life of health and fitnes. This is not my first attempt. I'm sure I do not walk alone in that fact. In the past I have tried to do this on my own. Now, I understand the importance of a family and community effort. So, here I am determined to make a difference .

My Program:
I am following the high blood pressure menu plan. I walk five days a week for 30 minutes. I do Tai Chei everday for 30 min.
Personal Information:
I was born in the MidEast but currently live in the South. I am a retired military wife of 22 years. I have 2 boys, ages 22 and 18. 2 cats and 2 dogs.
Other Information:
I do metaphysical healing work, teach children and write books.
