My biggest obstacle is temptation. I give in too often and too easily. FIGHT! Discipline! FOCUS!
I have never been motivated enough to really be the fit person who is inside of me. I always find excuses and I've allowed average to be okay. I'm ready to be fit, fit, fit!
1. No snacking after 8pm
2. Eat at least 4 servings of fruit/veggies a day
3. 6 workouts per week with p90x + running 4x/week
4. Journal Food
5. Plan meals weekly to save energy, calories & money.
If I lose 7 lbs before our trip to Florida, I can buy a Victoria's Secret Swimsuit.
I'm drastically changing my eating habits. I have to follow the overall healthy eating plan for life-long wellness. My biggest obstacle right now is SUGAR!
I plan to drink all of my water each day before I have any other beverage and I'm going to follow a workout rotation to include 6 days/week.
I will run 15-20 mins 3x/week to start right now. Additional cardio is optional when I can fit it in (schedule is tight).
I am 29 years old. I live in NC but am originally from NY. I am a liberal NY girl at heart but have fallen deeply in love with the beautiful NC. The weather is always nicer here, the beaches are close, which means more opportunities for shorts, tanks, and bikinis. I want to embrace it!
