LOL I did well on the eating and was fine, but did go to bed too early after eating and woke at 1 with bad reflux which bothered me off and on till about 5. Slept in till 8:34 though. So today is all clean eating and visualizing myself healthy and fit. Tomorrow hubby makes lasagna first time in at least 20 years, and cherry pie. Friends over Sunday. Then Monday is totally both of us agree, back to eating cleaner, less and moving more. Glad hubby is on board however getting him up out of his chair is easier written than done. 96 days ago

I have been doing really hard work. I think of you as the red leaves come out, too bad it is a long ride. Fred and I bought a new Vehicle 2016. A town and country and it has almost everything electronics. We only have less than a week. This year on my Birthday is a PRE-OP and I have a knee scoped and it is difficult but too good knees are fine but the meniscus is torn
Then I have to have my other rotator cuff we know how long that is. Then I am having a Trapezoid bone has to be removed and they put in a piece of a ligament and it has to be there till it grows but since it is my thumb and Wrist it has to be casted for 6 week Strapped to my body. I have no how long it happens.
I know Alex has been a good surgery and my first rotator cuff was too so I am hoping they will all do well. My hands are sore from the rock wall but by now it is done. We are struggling with the settings . Pat in Maine. for ALEX too XOXOXO
It only means that I didn't go for the points on the team flag for the RV team. Didn't go for it on the teams I lead either as I am only consistent with 1 or 2. When I haven't click on the flags for a time, the points seem bigger. So I am letting the flag rest!! :-)D And sometimes it works!! Good question!! 155 days ago
OK Heather - take a good look at your before picture on your Spark Page. Now take a look at where you were happy. You know you can get there again. Don't lose all motivation and gain anymore weight! It's discouraging to continue to lose the same pounds over and over and over again! Let's have a serious week and try for 2-3 lbs by Saturday.
