Hello Whole 30.

I am a recent college grad in my early 20's moving on to the working world. I want to look, feel, and be fabulous.

As a college student, I had eating principles but did too much snacking/everything was sporratic. I wasn't consistent with exercising or eating well. I am ready to commit long term to make sure that this changes forever. No more quick fixes..I know that I have those in me and they aren't enough.

I want to get FIT FOR LIFE, really toned, really really ...

I want to get FIT FOR LIFE, really toned, really really healthy. I want to be a real athlete again.

I've always been athletic and I love to work out. Trouble is finding the time. Always looking for support. Love the SP community!

Some things I have learned (always expanding):
-Know thy enemy. The trigger foods (those that once you start...there's no stopping until they're all gone). Know what they are and where they are and minimize their presence in your life. If you see them, avoid them like the plague. They do not fit into your healthy lifestyle. Keep control!
-After dinner, make a cup of tea. Let it cool, drink it slowly, enjoy it. Do you still want dessert? Even if you do, it's going to be a lot less than before.
-Slowly, slowly, slowly but NO QUITTING. Build that momentum. Every thousand mile journey starts with a step. If you break out into a run, you'll leave it. That's not allowed. I will fall, but I'll always get up.
-Push yourself physically, but not too hard. That creates burn out. Burn out is the worst!
