Losing inches, gaining confidence

I'm halfway here. I don't log in daily, but I am counting calories and tracking my fitness. I am working on changing my lifestyle and so far it's working!

I am currently taking part in a 6 week boot camp.

Here are my starting stats:

Weight: 157 pounds
Body fat: 28%
Arm hang: 18 seconds
1.5 Mile run: 16 minutes 18 seconds
Sits ups: 37 (in 2 minutes)
Push ups: 20 regular, 27 half (knees down) - also in 2 minutes

Arm hang: 1 minute (or longer!)
1.5 mile run: 12 minutes
Sit ups: 57
Push ups: 40 regular, 30 half

I also have before pictures and can't wait to see my after....6 weeks!!!

Fitness Goals:
FG 1: Run 1.5 miles in 10:30 minutes

FG 2: Complete 50 sit ups in 1 minute

FG 3: Complete 30 "real" push ups (untimed) without stopping

My Program:
I hit the gym 5 times a week. I do Les Mills classes. I work on cardio and strength training both with classes and on my own.

Thanks for the blog comment. I do struggle getting enough cals so will focus more on that. Sometimes when I try to get higher cals I find I get higher fat too so I'm trying to balance it right. Lots of learning!

Thanks for all the great compliments, it made my day. Feeling skinny, but not ready for summer clothes, especially a swim suit, gotta work on undercovering the six pack from underneath the keg, lol.
