Losing inches, gaining confidence
I'm halfway here. I don't log in daily, but I am counting calories and tracking my fitness. I am working on changing my lifestyle and so far it's working! I am currently taking part in a 6 week boot camp. Here are my starting stats: Weight: 157 pounds Body fat: 28% Arm hang: 18 seconds 1.5 Mile run: 16 minutes 18 seconds Sits ups: 37 (in 2 minutes) Push ups: 20 regular, 27 half (knees down) - also in 2 minutes ...

Here are my starting stats: Weight: 157 pounds Body fat: 28% Arm hang: 18 seconds 1.5 Mile run: 16 minutes 18 seconds Sits ups: 37 (in 2 minutes) Push ups: 20 regular, 27 half (knees down) - also in 2 minutes And here are my goals for the 6 week period: Weight: 143 pounds Body fat: 24% Arm hang: 1 minute (or longer!) 1.5 mile run: 12 minutes Sit ups: 57 Push ups: 40 regular, 30 half I also have before pictures and can't wait to see my after....6 weeks!!!

My Program:
I hit the gym 5 times a week. I do Les Mills classes. I work on cardio and strength training both with classes and on my own.
