    Welcome to SP. I am also new to this site and am loving it so far! I see that you are training for the breast cancer walk. I have been involved with the Komen 3 Day walk for the past 5 yrs. I have beem a member of the medical crew for 4 yrs and walked 2 yrs ago. My goal is to walk 60 miles in San Diego next November. If you want to talk or need motivation, I am available. I currently live in Temecula but will be temporarily moving to Long Beach next week. Hope to hear from you!!!

    Thank you for adding me as a Friend. I'm always available for support. I'd say to sign into SP as often as you can and LOG your food. It really helps to see what you eat no matter what it is. Saturday I was stressed because my dd, Maggie was flying back from Spain (I hate to fly, but force myself to do it when I must). Well, I grazed all day long and forced myself to log what I ate and it was a whopping 5200 calories. I'm still coming off my OREO high and getting my system cleaned out. She got here at 1 a.m. after the plane was delayed because of bad weather. I'm so relieved today that her trip was wonderful and all went well. BUT, I'd probably still be eating, if it wasn't that I've logged everything and been AWARE of what I did. emoticon
