My Goals:
My goal is to get back to a reasonable weight, and keep it off.

My Program:
I eat 1200 calories a day, with a cheat night every 2-3 weeks, and exercise a minimum of 4 days a week. For now my focus is cardio - ice hockey and running with Pilates and Yoga thrown in.

I live in Raleigh-Durham, NC, and am a software development manager.
