    Hey! Back for my weekly check in =) I saw you finished your marathon! That's super freaking awesome! I know, for a fact, I'd die before I reached the finish line lol. How's your recovery been going?

    I've been doing really good =) Last week I didn't do so hot on the working out, but I ate right all week. I seem to have trouble putting the two together since I spent the whole month of Sep. working out like crazy only to eat it back on lol. I weighed in yesterday and I lost one pound an half an inch off my waist! I haven't lost inches in a while...

    You'll get it in check I'm sure! You're so good about working out! Food is always the hard part, at least it is for me.. I've been doing better lately, but only the past 10 days or so. Small changes over a period of time will be good for you! Also, good luck on your race!!!

    Hey! Just wanting to see how your week is going! Hopefully we can stay focused through the weekend!

    I'm having a small Once Upon a Time watching party on Sunday night, so I've got to be extra good! I'm finally back down to 160 and I want to be at 159 by Monday. Totally doable if I just stay focused...

    So how's your training been going? How long do you have left? A week or two?
