Hi there! I just found your spark page through the Raw Foodies team, and I'm thinking about going raw myself. It sounds like you're having a good experience with it. I'd love to hear more about how it's going for you! Good luck with the running and the shredding too. You've reminded me that I need to pull out those Jillian DVD's again. Thanks for being my motivation today :)

I love raw corn too! For me that was a light bulb moment, I was like, "Huh, I never thought of not boiling the corn." I keep a bag of frozen organic corn in the freezer and often add it to salads. It keeps the salad cold and adds a yummy flavor and some interest.

Hi Lindsay -
I saw your post on the Raw Foodies page and wanted to check out your spark page. I can't believe you do 30 day shred everyday! That's awesome. I have a ton of weight to lose and I'm pretty out of shape. I tried it once and could barely get through the jumping jacks!! Made great material for a blog though. I'm hoping once I lose some more weight that I can try and do it more consistently.

I really love eating Raw. I'm new to it too, but I would be happy to share what I've learned or keep in touch about it. I'm excited for you!

Have a great day,
Amy
