The First Step Towards Getting Somewhere is to Decide That You Are Not Going to Stay Where You Are.

My first time around with Spark People motivated me to go back to school and lose 30lbs. Spark People also encouraged me to have more confidence in myself & go back to college (finally graduated May 2014). Although, I did gain back 12 pounds that I'd lost (over the 2 and a half year period while I was in school). I'm back now working on that again. My Goal is to Get down to 125lbs and maintain that for a lifetime of healthy living.

Me: I donated them and rocked a really minimalist wardrobe as I decided what I was going to do. In the summer of 2013, I realized that thrifting was the way to go to rebuild. I got a picture in my head of the way I wanted to dress by asking myself who I wanted to be and what would she wear, and shopped for the new me!
