The First Step Towards Getting Somewhere is to Decide That You Are Not Going to Stay Where You Are.

My first time around with Spark People motivated me to go back to school and lose 30lbs. Spark People also encouraged me to have more confidence in myself & go back to college (finally graduated May 2014). Although, I did gain back 12 pounds that I'd lost (over the 2 and a half year period while I was in school). I'm back now working on that again. My Goal is to Get down to 125lbs and maintain that for a lifetime of healthy living.

Happy Holidays to you, too! The season is a hard one for losing weight and/or maintaining what we already have, but you know what? emoticon Cheers to a terrific holiday!

Thanks Jane for checking in with me. You are right about the foods. Christmas foods do not do well with losing weight.

Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!
