Hi Jane, thanks for your comment. Bonnie is just under a year old, full of energy, and as you say, very smart! Certainly does encourage me to keep moving too! emoticon Not surprised you fell in love with your friend's border collie.

Sounds as if you're in a similar position to me - I've been working abroad for a while, then struggled to get back into things, then a week's holiday, etc etc, so I've also been gone for a while... But so nice to get back and get on track with things again, isn't it? Good luck with your plans and thanks to you too for being my friend emoticon emoticon

Welcome back! Well, we all have times when we are extra busy with life and what not and aren't always as sparking on Spark People as we might have liked. I for one have a busy summer season, so know how that goes! Hope this fall finds you refreshed and ready to go!

Glad you are back, yes I am grain free and I feel so much better. I have been grain free, dairy free and sugar free for 131 days and I have not felt hungry at all. I have so much energy now, I do run 3.5 miles 3 days a week I could not do this before due to my knees hurting.I walk my route for 2 days to keep in motion.I feel happier and I have lost 32lbs so far with out a struggle. The only down fall is that if I do eat hidden wheat due to cross contamination I will get sick so I am careful and do not eat out. I will be searching my area soon to find some Paleo friendly resturants. I hope that all goes well on your journey to a better you keep in touch Your Spark friend Gee! emoticon emoticon

The picture was taken in Switzerland (a small village called Kandersteg) after an early snow fall in October, stunning scenery.
