I'm Here to Change
In six months on June 25th I'll turn 50! This is my second time around with SP my first time I lost 30lbs and was inspired to go back to school. (I'm almost finished with that degree now and have not put that thirty pounds back on). But I want MORE! I loved Spark People the first time and my second time around my expectations of myself are even higher. I would like to hike again.. I am not too old just a little afraid .. just a bit fragile feeling (have lost in my confidence and want it back). ...
