It's about time I take action!!

I am finally ready to take action with my weight and not just talk about it. I have tried so many times but have just never really come to the conclusion that I have to change forever what I do. I was told once that the only thing I have control over is what I eat and wow those words have hit home. I have made myself this way not anyone else so therefor I am the only one to change my habits no one is going to do it for me. So with that said I am ready!!!!! Lets get it done!!!!

Are you back? I am trying to log my food. I'm really working on making sure I track what I am eating. I need another 15 pounds if I'm gonna wear my favorite swimsuit this summer. Keep your fingers crossed for me! Gotta get a work out plan! emoticon

I'm back on and tracking my food. I lost 2 lbs over the summer but want to keep going so I need to find ways to continue my weight loss. Not sure where to go from here... need to find a new "routine." Baby steps...

Are you in training for that 5K this summer? You've already done it on the tread... so now its just a matter of keeping it up and maybe improving your time! Then finally to sign up for an official 5K... have you started to think about one you would like to run? Congrats to you!
