About a year ago, I lost 50 pounds and because I struggle with handling stress, I gained 40 of those 50 pounds back......I won't stand for this anymore.

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 100 pounds and ultimately gain better health. My 1st short term goal is to lose 10 pounds!!! I feel if I break my long term goal into 10 pound increments, it is much more obtainable!
