January Eat Healthy everyday exercise 3-5 days a week drop 3lbs a week get kids outside at least 3 days a week. pack lunches, make dinner at home and don't eat out anything.

So I finally Set some personal Goals: Wow I can't believe I made a plan SO My first one is to be at 225 by 2/10/2015 which is my 43 Birthday. I will share more goals later. One day at a time. Five weeks to work on this one.
