Hey there! School is stressful...so much to learn in so little time. How are things with you? I know what you mean about too tight clothes, I am feeling the same pain :) Time to get back at it and get my goals going. I am not going to gain the 7-10 pounds that most people put on during the holidays. I need to get back into my workout routine. I know we can do it...congrats on getting back into running! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I'm having a really bad day today. I got some news last night that something I was hoping for is being delayed until the end of next month. I'm going to be on tenterhooks until then and I need to distract myself. What better way than plunging back into getting healthy, right?
Maybe we could agree on one to start for Monday? I am going to be away this weekend starting tomorrow, but will be back on Sunday. I was thinking of the 28 Day Boot Camp, unless there is another you prefer?
Hey! Wanted to stop by and see how things are going. I have been absent for most of the summer, and really not doing much in the lines of working out. Happy to report though, that i am back at it and starting where I left off. I start school next tuesday and I need to get serious about my weight loss goals again.
