Do you take photos of yourself? I would recommend doing monthly ones. They show progress that sometimes the scales and yourself cannot see.

First, I just want you to say emoticon for stopping by my page. It really made my day. It always amazes me how I could inspire someone else.

I think you have the best attitude... taking your weaknesses one day at a time. I had a similar attitude but it was focusing on one pound at a time. Sometimes when I look at my page, I wonder who this person is. I don't feel like I got 80-some pounds but lost one pound, 87 times. Apparently, those one pounds start to add up after awhile.

Honestly, I don't know how much weight I lost before I started to run consistently. Basically, the very first summer I started to lose, I walked alot and slowly wanted to run. I guess running has always been a dream I wanted but never thought I could achieve. Last summer, I did the C25K which helps condition your body without burning you out.

I say start now. What do you have to lose? I feel you have everything to gain. You should look up ON2VICTORY's page. He was once told he was too fat to run... so he set out and proved them out.
