Walking has begun as all foot injuries have healed. Once I have successfully walked 4-5 times a week for 2 weeks, I will begin C25K again. I have done it in the past, and I will do it again. Running makes me feel good physically and emotionally. I will find the time with 2 babies to accomplish this for myself and them. They deserve a healthy and fit mama. 10/6/11

**Update**
So, I had baby boy #2 7/11/11. My family is complete and I am ready to tackle the weight. I ended up with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, so I was following a pretty strict low carb diet. I only gained 19 lbs, and 2 weeks post partum, I have lost 28 :) I can't wait to lose the 36 lbs to be at my pre-pregnancy weight with my first child! After I reach that goal, I will concentrate on reaching my ulitimate weight goal of 150lbs :)

**UPDATE**
So I had that baby I was dreaming of and put all of my weight back on! And now I'm preggo again. The current goal is not to gain any weight this pregnancy and walk 30 minutes everyday.Let's see how I do :)

Hello to all. My name is Heather. I am soon to be 30 years old and have been overweight most of my life. I have been married over 5 years and would like to start a family some time soon. Because of this and numerous other reasons, I want to lose 101 lbs . I am so excited to have found this site. It is so helpful and motivating. So motivating in fact that I am detemined to be thinner than my twin sister Lisa (love you and enjoy the "healthy" competition).

My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight I put on with my pregnancies. I just had my second and last child and am ready to finally get in shape, for good!

My Program:
I've been a Weight Watchers memeber since Feb. 2008. Before that, I was just watching what I was eating and trying to be a bit more active. Weight Watchers is a great program! I love the support you get at meetings.



Personal Information:
My name is Heather and I am from Charleston, South Carolina. I am a mommy to two precious little boys, one a year old, the other a newborn! I work full time also, so finding time to work out can be a bit challenging, but I know I can do it.

Other Information:
I have a twin sister, Lisa, trying to lose weight right along with me. We are supporting each other as much as we can. Most of our communication is thru spark right now since she lives far, far away from me. We like to compete and it is really helping to motivate me.
