I love routines!

I'm just trying to become a more healthy person all around. For me, this means that I become more devoted to my vegetarian lifestyle, nail down a workout routine that works for me, and maintain my stress and anxiety. I love love love routines, so if I can find a routine that fits all of this in, I will definitely keep it up! But, I haven't been able to find that yet.

My Goals:
First, I want to sort out a workout routine that works for my lifestyle. Then, I will work on my eating habits. I think after I start working out, I will be less likely to eat junk and more likely to eat healthy foods.

My Program:
Working out:
-Run/walk for 30min 3-4 times per week
-Hiking for 1 hour at least 1 time per week
Eating:
-Vegetarian diet (have been for about 8-9 months)

Personal Information:
I'm from St. Louis, MO, but I'm currently living in Little Rock for the summer for an internship for the Library on a new Children's Initiative. I'm an upcoming junior in college, working on a Non-Profit Leadership major and English minor.

Other Information:
My boyfriend of almost 3 years inspires me to keep on this healthy journey, as he is also becoming more healthy through diet and exercise.
