Heather Erkinger, im a 23 year old stay at home mother of one. So far I have lost about half the weight, I started ar 232, and was down to 200, and now I have somewhat hit a plateau! Up and down but cannot seem to stick to it, so I thought id join and see if it would help

Develop a program involving
1) calories/food
2) cardio
3) strength

then all you have to do is be consistent and you will achieve your goals. It helps if you'll read the articles and blogs on a daily basis and those will help with motivation and information.
