Soon to be Sexy Again!
Hi all! I am so glad to have found Sparkpeople! I am dedicating myself to getting healthy again! I used to be a size 6-8 (at 5'9") and worked out religiously. Hi all! I am so glad to have found Sparkpeople! I am dedicating myself to getting healthy again! I used to be a size 6-8 (at 5'9") and worked out religiously. My Goals:
My goal is to return to the good nutrition I used to follow. Since the crash, I have been in constant pain so I usually "throw together whatever is quick and easy" and not pay attention to the nutritional content. I need to make healthier choices!
My Program:
I got a Wii for a Christmas gift and have been doing the games that don't aggravate my injury. I also signed up for SparkPeople!!! Recently, I also joined Weight Watchers to help me with portion control and being able to go to "live" meetings. Being held accountable for my weight on a weekly basis helps me alot!

My name is Heidi and I am from Ohio. I am married to a wonderful man and we have a beautiful daughter! My daughter and I both have horses (I have a warmblood and she has an Arabian). My husband, on the other hand, is into a different kind of horsepower...Harley Davidsons!
