Just finishing up Whole30 program. Sticking with the sugar ban. Will try some low fat dairy and see how that goes.

I love walking, swimming, reading and watching horror movies. I love taking my dog to the beach and walking on the beach.
I love my fit bit. I admit, at was thrilled at first, then discovered a few limitations, then I discovered how to work around it. I would also like a heart rate monitor, that would be what made up for it all, but when I discovered that I really like lighting up all the goals and sing how far I can go, it's awesome!
