My name is Heather. I'm 24 years old and I'm ready for a change. I work full time and I've finally made the commitment to do this thing for real!! I want to become a Mixed Martial Arts Fighter, so I need to lose this weight!!

My Goals:
Well overall I have made so many positive changes in my life in the past few years. I quit smoking 3 years ago and I've never looked back. I stopped drinking all soda and caffeine in general. That made a huge difference. I've started eating healthier and training on a semi regular/ regular basis. Training MMA (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, and Wrestling) has really changed my life for the better.

My Program:
Paul McKenna has a great way to approach your diet. and you can eat what you want. It seems to good to be true but if you look him up and follow his guidelines I promise it will work. I've lost 10 pounds by just enforcing the eating part alone thats with little excersie in the past 2 weeks because I've been so busy. I can't wait to see how fast it will come off after I get back to the gym this week!

I'm really doing all this to become a professional athlete. I am planning to lose all my weight by workouts 5 times a week for at least 1 hour. My strength training routine is actually slowing down my actual scale weight loss but I am building a lot of muscle right at the beginning here. I am really excited about getting into shape and I am willing to make the commitment to reach my peak physical shape in a year and a bit.

I have a super supportive boyfriend of 4 years that is also training to do the same thing as myself so we really motivate each other to get up and finish each workout every single day. I really like this community it seems like everyone is motivated and super supportive. : )
