Thanks for sharing on "the message board. Your so true to form. I like those kinds of share's because it causes me to meditate and more good answers come right after that. They are all up there waiting for us, whom all follows the narrow road the Lord set up for us.
I saw your comment on one of the chat topics about being concerned over maintaining your weight now. I am at that point too, and have asked others what to do. I have kept on tracking food and fitness, reset my goal for my current weight and the program adjusted my calories based on my exercise and I have just been sticking to those new numbers....and so far so good! Also, someone else told me that their are teams we can join for people who are in maintenance.
Hey Lynn, I could have written that page! That is my story. I have been moderately active and ate a good diet all my life, and stayed healthy thin. But it seems that as the years mount I have to be more watchful of the calories and work out even more. That 3 pounds/year gain as you get older... it's TRUE!
