I have never lost any weight in my life. I have always been thin but as I'm getting older I find I keep getting heavier and heavier. I do alot of the right things. I exercise and try to eat healthy and I'm finding that it's not enough. I really need to track my calories and somehow get my appetite under control. I ldo like to eat. Thanks so much for the resistance bands. I am planning to get started next week (at the latest... relaxing after Saturday's marathon). It will definitely take some motivation to get into a routine. This helps. Thanks again.

Thanks for your comment :) It's been 3 months, and so far so good!

And unfortunately it is my weight that makes it so easy to burn 500 calories in an hour. I typically do about 800 each time I go on the treadmill. What I do now would only burn about 400-500 calories as a 150 lbs person :(
