Fifth and Final Round..... (afterall, 5 is my favorite number)

Okay, this is it. I am making progress, but it is slow (heard this is the best way anyways). Before I was pregnant with my son (jun 09 - born Feb 10) I was around 176 lbs. Once I had my son in Feb I was 10 under where I started (167lbs). I am currently at 157 lbs. Seems like every couple of weeks I'm averaging a pound or two lower :) I think the biggest difference is that I'm cooking at home instead of grabbing fast food or frozen meals. I just within the last couple of weeks started ...

I just within the last couple of weeks started monitoring my walking and striving to get more steps in a day. This week I have noticed that it is a little easier to get up in the mornings (which I hate). Maybe this has something to do with the walking, my body is feeling better??

My Goals:
To get down to 150lbs by summer, but my long term goal is to be about 140 lbs and stay there.

My Program:
Eat better and track, track, track!! This is just to start. I need to ease into it.

Personal Information:
I am 34 and live in Missouri with my 15 year old daughter (16 in March, oh my) and my 'husband'....and now my lil man who will turn 1 in Feb. I have a stepdaughter that visits in the summers.

Other Information:
Like fishing, hunting, camping and watching TV (nascar, KU basketball, etc.) when I'm home.

Thanks for stopping by my page. Not sure if you noticed but I've removed my profile from FB. I'm need to refocus on myself and more important things in life. I feel that Facebook was really taking over and I was tired of some of the BS.

So far Gluten free has been great for me. I'm refocusing on WW and the new plan. I'm determined to get to goal before summer. I'm tired of making excuses and feeling bad about myself.

This year is gonna be my year :) Hope you'll join me in this journey to reaching our goals!
