I found SparkPeople in October 06. During the Fast Break I made a couple changes and got addicted to obtaining points. It wasn't a long lasting change.

Now, I am happy SP is a place I keep coming back to, and seemingly in a better spot each time.

Currently, I'm focusing on the fundamentals, eating lots of veggies, drinking lots of water, going to bed early, getting off the screens and getting active daily. I've never felt more nourished and rested.

I know this is silly but, I cannot get my weight loss ticker to show up on my page. I go through the steps and when I save it doesn't work. Any advice?
