I found SparkPeople in October 06. During the Fast Break I made a couple changes and got addicted to obtaining points. It wasn't a long lasting change.

Now, I am happy SP is a place I keep coming back to, and seemingly in a better spot each time.

Currently, I'm focusing on the fundamentals, eating lots of veggies, drinking lots of water, going to bed early, getting off the screens and getting active daily. I've never felt more nourished and rested.

OH MY GOD!!! How cool is that!!!!
You are married to the guy I wake up with and go to bed with every night emoticon

I'm totally enjoying the program! I'm on class 2 as of today and between Jim, Tom Venuto, my trainer and my mindset...the new me is here!! emoticon

I'm right now working on my motivational poster...my self image...I took some women with great body's and printed a picture of my head and put it on the cut-outs...that came from Jim and it's VERY cool!
