My Goals:
Mostly to live more healthy, and to fit into my dress for graduation, which leads into fitting into my dress for the daughters wedding (next summer) And because I feel fat.
My Program:
Well, I'm doing the exercises as listed and doing some cardio a week. I'm making up a few things, and trying to learn how to eat healthy again.
