Here We Go Again!!! (At least I'm not waiting for the first of the year :-).

My Goals:
To lose 20 more pounds ...one pound at a time!!!

My Program:
Still intereested in a Spark Buddy to keep me motivated and on track. Daily exercise is a must and of course tracking what I eat. Been doing that for several months now and it works!!

Personal Information:
I've lived in Oregon all of my life and currently live just outside Eugene. I'm very involved in Rotary , my church and my work. I also own a computer services business.

Other Information:
I have so many things that I enjoy doing, I don't think I'll ever get them done in my lifetime. I especially like helping others. Aside from that, I love to listen to music, read, sew, golf, bike and explore the computer and much, much more.

30K points? Well, I have been a member for 5 years I think where I religiously get on everyday. Then I've gone through fazes where I shoot for at least 25 to get a bonus spin. Right now I have perfect attendance since the new page started. Stay a member long enough and participate and you get points. I like the Quilt and Lose team and so I post on there daily. Now if I could just lose weight. I am afraid I may have reached the big 200 and I'm seeing my Doctor on Jan 2. If this is the case, I am choosing one of those quick weight loss plans and sticking to it. We have metabolic here and my sister lost 60 lbs several years ago. Kept it off until she recently gained back 30. I know most people gain it back but if I can lose down to 160, I vow I will not gain it back. I really need a jump started. Just finished 4 Holiday parties in a row. Another one on Sunday, Monday out to dinner with friends, another party Tuesday, How do you lose in that scenario?

Thanks. When I started this, I was in my 50's. I did lose about 20 pounds and kept it off for a couple years. I've recently gained it all back and I'm kinda depressed about it. Hoping I can get motivated and take it off again. I felt so much better!!
